It looks sus, but is a common idiot prevention method for people to read the URL and decide to not click it.

I'd not look at that URL though.

Look at the mail headers.

If you see missing DCIM or similar signatures, spoofed addresses etc you definitely know more than you can guess based on the URL.

This is what happens when a scammer gets lazy and lets chatgpt write the code.
