Out of curiosity, does your manager have regular 1-on-1 meetings with you? If not, do you think that it would help?

I have found this to be a true statement.

We have regular meeting, yes, but I need to be motivated a little more by the job. I don't know how?

Many things. We are a lot of developers with a lot of projects going on and a complexe infra with many teams, and we can't deliver quality to the client. We kind-of adopted agile, but only the part where we want more production deployement (lol), and DSM! Devs always move from one team to another. It's a big boat difficult to change everything at the same time.
