Calculus sucks. My proffessor is good, but I have no idea how to Differentiate functions.
My CoSc class is much funner

    Hang on, you're actually gonna use that!

    Times by the power
    Take one off the power

    @c3ypt1c that's the easy stuff. but like I had one with (e^sin (x)-kpx^3)÷(tan^2 (3x))
    It's just so complicated

    @tpalmerstudios try substituting expressions with single variables. That will surely help.

    @Siddharthkr93 That doesn't work with trigonometric functions man, you just have to learn those, like d/dx{sin(f(x))} = cos(f(x)).f'(x) and d/dx{cos(f(x))} = -sin(f(x)).f'(x), etc

    Also might I suggest learning some of the trigonometric identities first because that can help simplify at times with certain functions if you can't be arsed learning all the trig differentiations (though it can mean having to use the quotient rule a lot more)

    Also can I just say I love differentiation, like it's been my favourite topic so far in A-Level maths
