Has anyone tried Udacity? It's jam packed with beginner courses. The intermediate/advanced ones are not that expensive.

Wonder is that packed with beginner courses because it is full of beginner teachers?

@paulera Not exactly, the same instructor will offer an intro course and then they'll try to "upsell" the intermediate/advanced course. The intro courses are a few hours long.

I personally didn't like Udacity, I started their Git course, Ajax and also JS one but couldn't finish either. Would rather recommend Treehouse if you like video courses.

And @lilithium , I agree Learn Ruby the Hard Way rocks, much better way to learn than just watch videos....

Check out Pluralsight instead. One price and you have access to their whole library. Very wide library with beginner and expert courses. Also they have question based system on certain techs that checks your level.
