Do your research on the company you're applying for, and make sure they can give you the proper learning environment and experience. If they can't, fuhget about it. You gotta end up in the right place.

    make the interview a double interview, ask them questions,

    they always try to make sure you are a good fit for the company but question them too, to see if the company fir with you..

    I already said no to at least 4 job offers (well payed, lots of bonuses) because i didn't like the people interviewing me, nor the way they spoke about their company or about their future plans, or just because they didn't want to offer me any perspective inside the company
