There's nothing that I hate more than UML diagrams. Shit is so out dated and I have yet to talk to a company thats even heard of it let alone use it. Biggest waste of time and money in the world

    I thought we discussed this before, summary:
    Planning will make you develop faster, knowing how everything will work at the end helps planning faster.

    But I kinda agree that UML its ugly and kinda outdated...

    Nah, UML is not outdated. Many high tech companies use it and for good reasons. And yes, I use it too and like it.

    I think if you develop in a team it could be of good use. But if you develop alone I would never use it

    I use it even solo if the problem is complicated enough to warrant it
