About a year ago a co-scout gave me: an FM radio, a CD cover, tape and some other random bits, and proceded to say.

c-s: Build a metaldetector from this, I don't know how.

me: wat?

c-s: You know computers, right?

me: Yes, but that is not "computers".

c-s: How hard can it be? We need a guide on how to do it in a couple of hours. Good luck.

@filthyranter I do all kinds of computer related stuff and is know as *the* IT guy amongst friends, but that one was really far fetched

@Folkmann I do straight-off tell someone if I can't do it, because if I wouldn't, I would be fixing someone's CPU watercooling in his gaming PC or something

@filthyranter So do I, but I like a challenge. I started my tech career in computer repair and found that I had a knack for programming and started doing that 🙂
Tho this one I dropped on the spot 😅

@Folkmann Two years ago, I wanted to be a translator, but I got interested in programming, so now I'm at a school with CS. ^^
