Are there any cross-platform css frameworks which provide native layout for windows and linux and can be used with angular2?

What you mean by "native layout for Linux and Windows" ??

Is there something like "native layout" at all?

@Arlekin with native layout I mean for example the different layout of buttons, menu-items, tabs or something on windows (prefering metro design) and linux (I know it depends also on distribution)

I may be wrong but i really don't think that there are css frameworks mocking metro, or kde or anything, you are welcome to create one though, shouldn't be too hard

@Letmecode True until you realise what you have created is in fact another framework 😁

@Letmecode absolutely, I have a library of snippets that I reuse, boilerplates for applications and wireframes for designs.

In all honestly like most of the time I was only trying to have some fun :)

@Letmecode Yup, even if it's not useful now it could be in 6 months time.
