wassy92x1187y@Arlekin with native layout I mean for example the different layout of buttons, menu-items, tabs or something on windows (prefering metro design) and linux (I know it depends also on distribution)

I may be wrong but i really don't think that there are css frameworks mocking metro, or kde or anything, you are welcome to create one though, shouldn't be too hard -

@Letmecode absolutely, I have a library of snippets that I reuse, boilerplates for applications and wireframes for designs.
In all honestly like most of the time I was only trying to have some fun :)
