You won't. Not this way. It's a little bit like facebook pages, where is really low chance someone will try to look at your stuff if you have like ~0 stars.

Commenting and making pull requests is the most common way. Then I'd say StackOverflow or other platforms with a link to GitHub in a profile. ^^
