I fucking hate it. Clients writing impolite emails about bugs I didn't make without telling where this fucking bug is and demanding it to be fixed yesterday.

    @mpotratz Ha, I read that and thought of Blade Runner for some reason. Just keep responding to them with "Enhance."

    I get one of these every day.

    "Hey a page is broken."

    "What page and what's wrong?"

    "Describes the page or gives it a random name. We think it's because of reason A."

    "That has nothing to do with that page. It is functioning fine. Try actually testing before you assume you know the problem."

    All of this usually in some condescending tone because devs never work fast enough.

    Ah dude I can relate. Even had the client's client on my case recently. All in all, it's just another brick in the wall.

    Only real way to solve this is to standardise bug reporting method and make sure includes screen shot of problem page including whole browser and URL of page also helps to figure out if its rubbish browser. I've had clients crop issue in page with no URL in past such a pain
