Why is everyone copying Snapchat? First Instagram stories and now the whole FB Messenger is basically a cheap clone.

Do they actually think they can steal the brand-loving sheep that are Snapchat's target demographic?

    What's a Snapchat?

@WerewolfCustoms in short, Instagram but worse and with even fewer labels on buttons.

Oh look. Some one who doesn't like what other people like so he calls them sheep. What a surprise :p

@ScribeOfGoD actually, I quite like the concept of Snapchat. I called the users sheep because they are the kind of people that follow brands blindly. They wouldn't switch to a different app, even if it had everything and more.

And out of curiosity, do you actually know any people who use Snapchat (all the time)?
In my experience, the average Snapchat user is a 14yo girl with an iPhone and designer clothes - basically the definition of a sheep.

@franga2000 my 2nd mom age of 35, her daughter 13, her other daughter, 18, her son, 20, my S/O, 22, and me from time to time, 21. So, yes I do :p

@ScribeOfGoD I guess I know the wrong people. Most of the users I know are annoying teenagers who think they're smarter than everyone :D

@Zeptinune yeah, but copying the whole UI is a bit much if you ask me. The attached screenshot is the new FB Messenger in case you haven't seen it.
