    Do you mean like SDL Trados or like Google Translate?

    @setyadi i don't know what sdl trados is but: i HATE statistical translation.

    @darksideplease So you want to write software like Google Translate? IMHO, however advanced a machine translation is, the output will be AT BEST the same as when translated by an AVERAGE translator with a complete dictionary.

    @setyadi first: no, not google translate. GT is statistical translation. I don't like statistical translation. Second: if i have unlimited time and money, you should reevaluate your opinions, because, i repeat, unlimited time and money.

    @darksideplease so what type of machine translation are you gonna build?

    @setyadi using computer readable dictionaries and natural language processing. For each language there will be a module which handles the language and translates it into a "language matrix" from there it can be translated into other languages.

    @darksideplease what would you do about sentences that require context to translate correctly?

    Well, good luck on that. Btw, how many human languages do you know?

    @setyadi thank you and: 2.

    @Supernerd save the context into a database-like structure.

    @darksideplease the problem I see you would face is getting the context of the conversation to begin with.
