Writing a small project for a small IT company that has no idea how to run an IT company.

    GL! Ive been writing huge platform for small startup, almost finnished, it just required migration from old db structure to the new one. But they refused me to pay for overhours they insisted on (190h of overhours in 2 months) so i left. Now, after 4 months they started to create third (count mine as first) version of backend from scratch. They'll never stop create new versions

    It's just a side job actually. I work full time at a large company that doesn't know how to do IT :P. Thank you though.
