Read beginner tutorial and then just keep trying, finding solutions, asking and especially code a lot

Do small projects in the language. Nothing too complicated especially at the beginning. Think small game like tic-tac-toe then expand the scope and difficulty depending on your dev experience.

My way (that I find very efficient) : go to Codingame and do easy/medium challenges. You'll Google a lot at the beginning. Try to do things cleanly, and once you've solved a challenge look at the best solutions in this language, you'll learn a ton !
