Tried to install OpenSuse yesterday. Everything goes fine until I reboot: Windows 10 is missing from grub. Tried to fix it in every possible way, then I gave up and tried to restore Windows bootloader with bootrec: can't boot anything else now. Finally formatted and reinstalled Windows 10. #howtowaste2hours

@Jase if you're talking about Unity (Ubuntu default desktop environment) I can agree, but try Gnome or Cinnamon next time :)

@Jase i agree. Thats why i use windows on my 2500$ pc instead of my 200$ laptop. It runs windows like crap.

@stefano you have to add it in a grub configuration file Google: grub 40_custom

@Jase to the look try cinnamon and I can't disagree more in the other points. It's not ready to use as desktop full-time for non-technical people(not that you're... You just don't like it). The event handling is just right... It lets everything open to you

@J4s0n Sure I tried, but didn't work. I'm still installing drivers and stuff on the new system before doing a full backup :)

@chasb96 pretty good so far. No setting to disable mouse acceleration so had to do it from cmd but that's my only gripe so far.
