People say that if you make your hobby your job you will never get bored but isn't it that if you make your hobby your job you would eventually get bored??

    Yeah no matter what it is, if it's done often and repetitively enough, it shall become boring eventually at some point. Would have to get a new hobby after making original hobby a job

    Hobby: you can stop at anytime if you are bored or feel like doing something else.
    Work: there is always stuff to do and you have to keep doing it because you are paid to do so.
    Makes a big difference...

    I'm glad coding isn't my hobby. I would be a better coder for sure, but it's nice to just get paid for it.
