Uhmm. How do you guys write your resume? I mean, there seems to be a lot of ways and taboos on writing one, some say it shouldn't be more than 2 pages. But in some domain, the longer the better. As a software developer how should it look? Some are project-oriented others opt for work-company-experience-oriented.

@Artemix that's currently my problem, I have job experience, but I have been working for a single company and just had some small projects as freelance. Should I just put a simple description on my job experience section and put all the details on different projects section from where I'll put details on all projects i've worked on while on my current job. Or just put all those information on the actual work experience section?

Show value. Align cover letter to their exact requirements. It is all about them! Good luck.

My resume is 14 pages and I get invited everytime I send it. Until now I have a 100% success rate on nailing the interviews and getting the contract

In the US, unless it's a c-level position, keep it to one page. When adding your work experience, focus on what you learned there, how you grew, and any job title changes you may have had while there. Also, if you had any additional responsibilities, list them.
