I had a similar sized B.B.net form. I spent about good two weeks to refactor it down to about 6k lines. It was surely worth it.

@dance2die big corporation here so the logic goes differently. Refactor would take few weeks. A single new feature would take few days. Why on earth would they want to refactor then?
