"Slow af"? Try installing Windows XP or older...

Windows installation speed is actually dependant on the media from which you install, try a recent 3.0 USB on a 3.0 port (also a SSD helps with the writing speed)

If your PC is slow, the install will be slow.

USB3 installing to an SSD will take under 20 minutes.

@linuxer4fun If you've got time to install drivers and switch desktop environments every other day.

@drRoss if you do, you are definitively living in 1980

@drRoss I never had problems with drivers (except on a broken Arch installation with broken gnome-session). And why should you switch Desktop Environments all day? Or do you paint your room every day?
