I use netbeans at work. But visual studio had already spoiled me for life and now every other IDE looks ugly to me.

@HoloDreamer imo the only IDE that matches the look/quality/functionality of visual studio is IntelliJ (+ JetBrains family)

+1 for NetBeans. It is a pretty good IDE overall. Maybe not as good as IntelliJ but definitely better than Eclipse. All for the price of $0.
