Make sure there's good ventilation, and that you can open the door by the click of a button so the delivery man can walk in without you leaving your chair

Sleep is the main culprit of me doing this rant, fucking useless piece of sleep robbing me of all the time that I not only waste, but actually need...

Needing sleep is part of it, but also how how it needs that sensory stimulation and how lazy it is, or is that just me? I mean, it's probably me, but if I'd be a pc:

Procrastination = 0;
Working = true;
Sleep = 0;
Self-discipline = 100%;

I don't think I can just stop sleeping, sadly
But If you have some tips on self-discipline, yes please, as long as I'm not a robot/computer I'll need it
