WTF is going with United Airlines?!

United wanted 4 seats for their crew, no-one gave up their seats, they picked randomly 4 people, one of them refused to get off, the police removed him by force injuring him in the process.
Video was posted on social media, people got angry, United threw marketing (bullshit) terms at them, people got angrier.

@nickpapoutsis I mean I know what's going on, but what they are thinking?! Did someone at United Airlines went nuts?!
