A fucking space character should never be allowed in a wifi password!!! Just spent 4 hours looking to why the fucker would not connect to find a space on the end!! Trim or show an error!!!

"Invalid password. You entered 'supersekret', but the password is actually 'supersekret '. Would you like to correct it automatically, then connect anyway?"

I registered an account at a site the other day, and hadn't realised that both the sign up and forgot password pages had a maxlength set on the password field.

When i tried logging in at a later date, my password was obviously wrong (as this wasnt truncated)

    That was a head scratcher.

My 2c is that password fields should accept unadulterated values, space characters included. Perhaps make a motion to update whichever document you were reading this from to help future people?
