Just subscribed to devRant++ but it says there was an issue with the play store...

    Thanks for subscribing and sorry about that issue. Can you please try unsubscribing from your Android subscriptions or the devRant app page in Google Play, and then re-subscribing?

    Actually, if you haven't tried that yet, would you be able to test a new version to see if it's fixed? I think you hit an edge case that I'm hoping I have fixed in this version.

    @DucksCanCode I just finished the build and I pushed it out in the Play Store. It should show up shortly (as 1.9.3.1), thanks.

    What I'm hoping happens is when you tap subscribe (don't cancel your subscription first, that should only be done if this doesn't work), it will say you're already subscribed and then not throw that error and instead set you up with devRant++. Please let me know if that works :) Thanks!

    @dfox still saying there is a communications error with play store, also tried cancelling and resubscribing, gives me the same error.

    @DucksCanCode thanks for trying. does the error message show something additional at the end now? I added some more text, it should show some more after communication error in the new version.

    @dfox error in billing complete? No error codes or anything

    @DucksCanCode no, it should be the error with the header "whoops" and it should have more details I added in parenthesis.

    @DucksCanCode thanks, that's what I was looking for. The "billing complete" is the new part.

    If I email you a beta APK, would you be able to try that? I want to add some additional logging as I'm not sure what the issue is and I can't reproduce.

    @dfox sorry to bring bad news, still not working.

    It times out when there's already an active subscription and throws the same error when I attempt to make a new one through the app

    During your last tests there was a helpful error code returned from Google Play and I think I see the issue now. Thanks again.

    @dfox woohoo, good news, it works normally, but still hangs when already subscribed, but can I suggest you only display the supporter menu if they're not already subscribed? Thanks, and hope you have a great day. PINEAPPLES RULE.

    I made a typo in the already subscribed logic so that should be fixed too now, I pushed out a new release and that should hit the store soon.
