Does anyone know of good hardware testing tools on Linux? I'm wanting to put together a LiveUSB for computer testing purposes for my work.

Start with yumi, they link to all sorts of tools. Google “yumi usb”

Also stresslinux could match your purpose.

There is a process called 'burn in', google around.

I've used YUMI before, they have some okay stuff, but I'd rather have a single distro on a LiveUSB.

    I'll check them out!

My company uses the PC Check burn in test, but we need a second test for Macs, thus a LiveUSB with at least gsmartcontrol on it. I'm just wondering if I need any more tools, cause it'd be a bit of a waste to make an entire LiveUSB for a single program.

@RiderExMachina just install android studio, and let it compile something.
