Today Comcast told me my account password over the phone... Fucking Comcast stores passwords in plaintext.

    @jhh2450 Well of course, but this is the most absolute basic level of cyber security. We aren't talking slight mistake

    @jeffreycordero Why do major companies think it's ok to skimp and bullshit around when it comes to cyber security? They need to train the employees (literally a 15 minute video could probably get the job done) and constantly upgrade their software. But no. They cut corners, then whine when something like WannaCry hits.

    That's part of the reason why I just use KeePass now. You really absolutely have to have different passwords everywhere since you can't know which idiots decide passwords are part of the public domain and there's no way I'm remembering all of the passwords so I randomly generate a different one for everything and store it in the keystore.
