So far, I stick with Asana, not a perfect fit, but it works for me. Tried trello for a while but kind of didn't like the UI back then.

At a previous job, we had JIRA and Confluence, which was a nice setup, but it get's quite expensive.

    JIRA & Confluence for us.

There's a new PM tool out being described as JIRA- like but easier, Trello-like but cooler. https://atlaz.io

It would be a big upheaval for us to move off of JIRA, but if you are starting out, take a look at it.

@DebCinkus do you know anything about their pricing structure, as I couldn't find a link on their page. (Maybe because they're still in beta though)

@DebCinkus thanks for the reply. We also use JIRA in the office. Was wondering about smaller scale tools for personal use? Have been using Trello lately but am not that impressed (yet)

Flarepoint-crm, nah just talking shit we use Jira and confluence, but TBH I find them to big and pricey for our needs, found some open source project that connected to GitHub and you could than do scrums from your git issues etc, seemed interesting. Don't remember the name of :D

@Wack Sorry, no, not sure of their pricing.

Anyone considering JIRA or Confluence, do you know that if you are doing open source projects, you can use them FREE under Atlassian's community license program? You have to use the self hosted server versions but it's a great program. Has saved our company tons of money over the last several years.

For several years I was a volunteer at a non-profit organization and we used email. It was easier for us and for people who wanted to contact us. Now I have my own salon, but I adhere to the same system: the Internet is our best friend. I recently found an article
https://beautyprosoftware.com/blog/... and it helped us a lot. Maybe your organization should also automate some processes.

Now there really are automation tools for every business, and even industrial ones. I use different business software and marine fleet management software like https://fluix.io/industry-marine to automate routine maintenance, inspection and repair tasks
