@shelladdicted yes, maybe someone will be able to explain me how to change it. On windows its pretty easy but I cannot seem to be able to set everything to US andthe clock to 24h.
And the one in my lockscreen is my in my launcher so other settings.

@RazorSh4rk Thanks :D the settings on android are so unclear I had to look for date and time first because its not under the expected tabs.

But android is an evolved OS already, cannot expect this from an old OS. Windows Phone was a new OS and they fixed it with W10.
