Applying for graduate software developer roles and it really pisses me off that most of these applications require you to first upload your CV and then ask you to create a CV on their website again. What the fuck? The only thing you need to evaluate me is my CV and my github link. I don't want to fill in a 1 hour fucking long form. It doesn't make any sense.
