For the last 4-5 months the boss hasn't paid our wages complete. Since then he has promised over and over that he will pay all that he owes us, and we (most of us, anyway, the smart ones already leave) like fools believed in him.
The boss still is lying to us, the same lies over and over (i think he believes them himself)
YOU FOOL, NOBODY BELIEVES YOUR LIES, SHOW ME THE MONEY. DAMMIT!
I'll leave the job and very posibly sue him at the end of this month. Took me long enough. I'm not a smart man...

@cowsay i know we really should but we would be black listed and I will be impossible to find a job in the entire state.

@ClemFrieckie thanks, supposedly it is illegal and we know we can win if we sue and get the money back but uh possibility of being black listed is too great
So it's not worth it. Leave and never look back seems the best choice.

Sadly I passed by a similar situation, you should ask for legal advice from a laboral lawyer before leave (as soon better) or your boss might sue you, also talk with your partners and stand against your boss (I don't how works the law in your country).
On my country you can find free legal advice at universities maybe you can try this.
