When you have no idea how to make the jump to real world programs because you are self-taught.

    I don't have cs. degree but in my case after 4 years of programming as a hoppy and 7 as a linux user
    I start training in some company nearby in web field for a year.
    then quiet and became a freelancer.

    Either an internship or low level position in a good company. If your skills are good they will want you. Good luck and ask us more questions.

    I was self taught and now I'm working for one of the largest development companies in the nation. Your best bet is to find a job that allows you to work with a team. Better yet... and OS problem that allows you to work with a team. The best way to learn and get expierence is to try and do.
