Boss insists in using firemonkey to save time since the same app will work for PC, Android and iOS. They didn't even consider going native. so I coded a simple calc on firemonkey, half the calc functions that worked perfectly on the pc didn't work on Android, and the app took 25mb space while other apps way bigger I make with Android studio barely have 2mb lol

    i used to it and i will do the boss the tasks and make him impressed. then at home i'll clone the tasks and build with my own preferences tools that i think it will be best. i could sell the software like your boss used to do with some competitive values. 👿

    This specific case I can't do, they took the database of this old legacy system they still maintain and made some sort of online consulting for the clients, they have been working on the online version for a year, using ember, flex and sling, now they want apps for it
