I never heard of something like a sprint pause and never had one. I guess it‘s the norm.

    Work, cook, clean, sleep
    Work, cook, clean, sleep

    Work, cook, clean, sleep
    Work, cook, clean, sleep
    Errands, cook, clean, sleep

@Root switch "cook, clean" with "fun"

@Lensflare I want to. But if I don’t do it, it doesn’t get done.

No cleaning means the house is a disaster. Like, literally unable to walk through thanks to kids’ toys everywhere, or cook thanks to clutter filling my kitchen.

No cooking and I’d starve. Tried delegating the cooking last week, and ended up with half a meal a day. I was so hungry I couldn’t focus on work. I did lose some weight, though…

@jestdotty Like the Swedish Chef says, “førk() førk() førk()!”

Amen. It's whitewashing the word "sprint"
