This rarely happens irl. Looks good on social media. Good for likes and such. Irl it’s like, ‘We need iOS developer interns(unpaid) with 9 years of swift experience etc’. You get the gist.

I think this was one of the places I applied for's stance. I had very little SysAdmin knowledge or experience, but was passionate about learning more and I almost got the job.

I just messed up one of the after-interview questions...
