Clearly automated vehicles are not ready for India. As a human I can say the person is trying to explain the no parking sign through words. Systems have to be trained to judge these too :O

Human drivers in India aren't capable of driving. You think an AI can do it (considering the fact that it's not JARVIS or Cortana (from Halo, not the personal assistant) or skynet)?

Speaking of which, skynet might be born in India if it sees that humans who created rules don't follow them. Like in Eagle Eye.
