When your company ask to put your views on Glassdoor and you don't have any good to say.

    Did they specify it has to be positive review? From what you've written, specification says "a review".

    @anky No, but you can ask someone to write a realistic one. If you don't have any good things to say about it, then write how it could be improved.

    @Jilano, so true you can give the realistic feedback to the individual but here the getcontext function return a company as an entity rather than an individual which is more indifferent towards changes. 😁😅🙂

    @anky true. But you as a good developer simply followed a strict specification which did not specify exclusively positive opinions, rather any kind of opinion.

    Can you not refuse? I'd say that I think it's unprofessional and perhaps not in my best interest to write a review for a company I'm currently employed with. I'd tell them that I'd be more than happy to write one after my employment.
