An old client reappeared the other day wanting his Flash website updated to HTML5. He didn't want to pay because "It is exactly the same, just needs to work on tablets.".

@Jumpshot44 Nothing yet, it came through Friday afternoon. I don't like emails on Friday afternoon so I've left it for now, open to suggestions though ;-).

I never touch Flash based websites because of the many security issues within Flash. Lol, I'll bet he'll complain that HTML5 won't work on IE8. I can't believe how many people STILL use that...

@Jumpshot44 @edisonn You guys are so therapeutic, it's easy to convince myself I'm just being unreasonable. Then I get other people with the same thinking as me, it's incredibly calming!

tell him the flash is out of shock and that are a lot more job, and after he looks strange at you, you hand him estemated hours and cost x1.25 of normal as im gessing he will add shit that you need to tell him he did not pay for

Well, if he doesn't want to pay, you don't have to do it, right?

@peaam I say call him. And make a 9000 dollar html5 tax up.

Man even back in the day those flash sites never seemed like a good idea.
