When a customer limits the access to his platforms to two selected people and then gets pissed, that his issue can't be resolved right away when he calls at 12:10, because these guys dared to go for lunch...

    I mean c'mon. They should have known that they were the only people the client trusts, so they have to remain available until the client goes to sleep

    @steaksauce Don't be absurd. What happens if he wakes up in the middle of the night because he dreamt about a bug/new feature/just wants to check something? They need to stay available, at all times.

    @wizzzard they mustang team lunch and sleep. Staggering 16 hour shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, no holidays, weekends, sick, or vacation.

    No lunch, no breaks.

    @steaksauce I work as an analyst in a SOC. We operate 24/7 anyway. For those customers that let us do our job at least...
