What size team do you prefer to work in and why?

Depend on who’s in the team

I've always enjoyed teams with no more than 6 people.

Depends on the size of the project. For small projects 1-2 peeps is perfect. Medium - 3-6 seems the right amount. Large projects with complex arch might be divided among tens of developers.

The problem with large teams is the same as with microservices: they do their job fine, but they always need to be orchestrated. Also it's more difficult to find common ground in discussions. In short, larger teams are less pleasant to maintain
