    Ouch... I usually just grab a speaker and tell my colleagues to deal with it

    @ScriptCoded I dont think my colleagues will appreciate my 200bpm frenchcore.

    @Kleine I'm afraid at looking that up... Will a three letters agency come knock on my door if I do so?
  • 2
    @Jilano I'm pretty sure no 3 letter agency will come to your house if you look it up.

    I recommend listening to sefa or dr peacock.

    ps im not responsible for any hearing damages as it is a subgenre of hardcore.

    @Kleine I'll put it through my neighbour's sound system and will listen through the walls.

    That moment of sadness when one of the earmuffs breaks off...

    I keep an $8 pair at work that leave there at my desk.

    And then your boss starts talking loudly over the phone. And a coworker starts whistling badly. And when the whistling stops you notice the HR girl is humming something.
    Yeah no headphones is hell for me.

    @Jilano

    You are hereby officially invited to the ceremonial gathering of the unnecessarily-malicious-and-thoroughly-wicked conference of real life villains, May 1st, 2020.

    We also meet august 6th to the 9th in Las Vegas

    @Wisecrack Sounds nice
    I'll pop by and complain!

    @Jilano

    "Complain"

    I said villains, not irl super villains/bankers.

    I'm afraid our accommodations won't be fancy enough for you. Are toilets are only made of silver, not gold.

    @Wisecrack And here I thought you were a man of culture. I guess mistakes were made on both sides, then.
    I bid you farewell. May our path not cross another time, for you would deeply regret it.

    @Jilano

    our* not "are" dammit.

    Your response is so good I'm stealing it for future use.

    See this is exactly what I mean!
  • 1
    @Wisecrack I have taken note of your "plan". Thus, you will promptly hear from our legal team.

    @Jilano

    I wish there was bbcode support so I could have crossed out "steal" and inserted "infringe copyright."

    Not that that makes it better, but maybe funnier.
  • 1
    @Wisecrack Ha! No worries
    A new expression I heard recently was: "We're not stealing, just getting inspired by it".
  • 1
    @Jilano Reminds me of that Spongebob episode...
