Hallelujah semi-drunk again.
Had schnitzel with potatoes, bacon and sauce.
Jägermeister of course, with some imported holiness of Almdudler.
Good Friday indeed.

    @SortOfTested fun fact: you can also say Rotkohl as it's essentially the same plant/crop?.

    It's color depends on certain nutrients and stuff in the soil it's grown on.

    @Ranchu
    I want it after it's been braised to purple delicious goo 😉

    @Ranchu another fun fact: it can be used to tell whether a chemical is an acid or a base, depending on what color it turns upon the reaction

    @jelenaljaz Yep, when primary school students in grade 4 visit our school, they usually can take part in various small courses that show them what's going on here.
    In the chemistry-lab course, all they do is cut up some Rotkohl or Blaukraut, chop it up and cook it.
    The water quickly takes on a certain color.

    Ph stripe goes in, Changes color, kids are fucking amazed, good image for our school.
    Oof

    I had some Propofol on Friday. Luckily, the anaesthetist poured it in rather slowly which gives the coolest effects. ^^
