So Trump won...
I wonder who's gonna fix this bug. I hope it's not a feature.

It definitely is. The best feature there is. I tell ya!

Please, let's keep devrant free of political discussions ;) Twitter or reddit seem like better places for that.

@LucaScorpion you are most welcome to ignore this. This is also part of life. There are things we can't zone out.
I feel comfortable with sharing my thoughts with people here, whether it is dev related, personal or political.
We are a community and some people might share and like these thoughts, others like you may not. That's why there's an offensive button there.

@navi I don't think it's offensive or anything, I just believe this is the wrong place for such content. If everyone started sharing their political opinions on here (or other non-dev related content for that matter) it would defeat the whole point of this community.

@LucaScorpion oh well seems like a discussion with my manager.
I will say "I agree with you".
Would you like me to delete this post?

@navi Agree to disagree? ;) no I don't want to censor it or anything, but I just wanted to mention it. And there are probably enough people who do like it ^^

    @LucaScorpion
    1. Agree with you
    2. Ask you for an action
    3. Don't do it
    4. Take your attention somewhere else
    5. LOL

@navi Politics are just one of those topics that is perfect for flame wars :'(

@LucaScorpion Actually at work today when we found out Trump won, we played online game and killed some aliens to take out frustration.

@navi Hmm, that sounds like the perfect way of dealing with frustration/annoyances :D Which game was it?

@LucaScorpion you don't wanna know. I have to write a separate rant for the game.
It's called Alien Swarm on Steam but our company has been playing the same game for over 8 years now. It's not even supported anymore. There's no new maps. Just the same thing over and over again. I've spent half of my lunch days playing that game for last 5 years.
    And I'm bored.

Just a reminder - as per what @LucaScorpion said, we have a pretty strict no politics (unless they pertain directly to something dev released) policy.

And just to highlight the reasoning for that - we've always been of the mindset that Facebook is ridden with posts about politics and we've gotten a number of requests from people to keep devRant free of it, which I completely understand. I actually feel the same way. It's one of be refreshing things about devRant. After Brexit I've started hiding pretty much any non-dev-related political post from the feed.
