A big error that causes ultimate pain is to install Windows 10. Some day you will innocently restart you computer, just to have fresh RAM, and will be surprised by a 5 hours update that will make you cry a river.

Oracle DB server takes the cake for worst error messages. Plus most of the time, the error isn't what it says it is.

No the worst is when you get a stack overflow error on a recursive function call and you spend hours to locate the problem in the exit logic just to realize the error was a typo 😢
