Startup life, bruh!

At our startup, the policy is:
#0 free coffee
#1 no overtime
#2 no working on weekends
#3 if weekend work is essential 2x money + free food included
(and we actually got tea for free as well, but it's next to the coffee machine, so no one notices :D )
