Previous employer would buy awards for "solutions" they hadn't even scheduled the start of development for. On the plus side I got to say "award winning product" on my resume. Use it to your advantage too.

Most companies in every field should win awards in bullshitness because that's the sole reason they don't go bankrupt...

@quispy Well, I don't think it'll be for your advantage too. It just sounds shady. I'm a CTO for a startup too. I wouldn't hire anybody who worked on "an award winning product".
