I need help, I'm only 16 but I would like to make a social network app

You will need to
- choose a database language (mysql is good)
- choose a backend language(django, php, ruby on rails, .NET...)
- choose a hosting service(you host vs they host)

Don't. Think of something else.

- Choose a frontend language unless you want to do it full html ( you cn use pure javascript, typescript, jquery, etc)

But one thing you need to do for sure and I know you' ll probably skip it (we all do...) is plan. Be sure to know what step is ext and what it implies in the future. If you plan your project, even if you are not familiar with the tech you will use, it will be easier to create something amazing.
