@dIREsTRAITS It feels like you want to cut costs, but you are doing it at the wrong end. We know since the 90s PPTP is bad. Heck, protocols like wireguard exist for a reason, and it will run on a 700 MHz processor like a charm.

Also "needing a $1 VPS for PPTP to use a 1$ VPS" seems a bit tautological...

@sbiewald i might reconsider pptp and check what you suggested, for the vps i found it and it's running i paid $10.98/year it has even 1GB Ram 1vcpu and 17gb drive and it's more than i expected.
