Yes. But you have to understand that programmers know a little bit more in these matters and they can point in the right direction even if they’re not able to completely do them.

Not that that’s an excuse but anyway.

I’d still be irritated if someone asked me those but I’d understand where they’re coming from.

This is true and I do get frustrated by this shit, but programmers do tend to know more about computers than the average person
