What ever i do, i can 't get to bed early. Damn bugs keep me awake at night. Any tips on how to let go of work in the evening?

    Leave work as early as posible.
    Go for a run, socialize, play video games, netflix. Something that satisfy you for at least 4 hours before going to bed.

    Practice the different methods involved in Meditation/Mindfulness. One of the important things you learn here is to not let your mind control your life and thoughts. Write everything down as soon as it enters your brain to get it out of there. Also put down a piece of paper and a pen next to your bed so so can write down your worries when they keep you awake. Go skateboarding and learn tricks. Get a hobby that tickles your brain and is NOT something that has to do with a computer. Make music, etc. This is all stuff that keeps me alive.
