I think this one is OK. You don't usually export something without intent, and intent should have a description.

angry-ak933yI'm bewildered, when eslint tells me that adding the type of a variable is wrong because it gets statically inferred just because I initialize it with a value. Dude, it's typescript. Let me add my types to a typed language. I don't care if you consider it superfluous or noise. I'm writing code for people.
